Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of host4.ai ("Service"), operated by RP NET MEDIA ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Romania. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using host4.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Service Description

host4.ai provides managed cloud hosting environments designed for AI coding agents, including Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools. Each environment is an isolated Linux container with pre-installed development tools, browser-based terminal access, SSH access, and persistent storage.

We offer three subscription plans:

3. Account Registration

To use host4.ai, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@host4.ai.

4. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

5. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription only. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you may not use the Service for spam, illegal activities, cryptocurrency mining, network attacks, or any activity that degrades service quality for other users. Please review the AUP in full.

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all code, data, and content you create or store in your environment. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for high availability and invest in reliable infrastructure, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or SLA. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We make best-effort attempts to minimize downtime.

9. Suspension and Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. Your environment remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it is paused and data is retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before taking action. We may terminate immediately and without notice in cases involving illegal activity, active attacks, or severe policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RP NET MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
