The Guarantee
If you are a new customer and are not happy with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to your first subscription only — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@host4.ai with the email address associated with your account. That is all we need. No lengthy forms, no support tickets, no phone calls.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5-10 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
After the Refund
Once a refund is processed, your hosting environment and all data within it will be permanently deleted. Please make sure to back up anything you need before requesting a refund.
What Is Not Refundable
- After 7 days: Monthly payments beyond the initial 7-day window are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, and your environment stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Subsequent months: The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only, not to renewals.
- Add-ons and custom work: Add-on services (custom domains, dedicated IPs) and expert setup hours are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
