Questions
Do I need my own Claude subscription?
No. You get 20 free messages to start — no account needed. After that, connect your Anthropic account (Pro from $20/mo or Max from $100/mo) or paste an API key. We provide the server, Anthropic provides the AI.
What happens if I close my browser?
Nothing. Your environment runs on our servers, not your machine. Claude Code keeps working inside a tmux session. Reconnect anytime from any device — your work is exactly where you left it.
How does overage billing work?
Each plan includes storage and traffic. If you go over, we extend your resources in $5 blocks (10 GB storage or 100 GB traffic). You get notified at 80% and at each new block. We never stop your environment.
Can I run other tools besides Claude Code?
Yes. You have full root access to an Ubuntu environment. Install Codex, Aider, Continue, or anything else. It's your Linux box.
Is my data safe?
Each environment is fully isolated with its own filesystem and network. Daily backups to a separate server. Other users cannot access your data.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. All paid plans support custom domains. Point your domain's DNS to our servers and we handle SSL certificates automatically. Your site will be live on your own domain within minutes.
What AI model do you use?
Our AI Builder uses Claude Sonnet 4 by Anthropic — one of the most capable coding models available. For the terminal environment, you can use any AI model you want: Claude Code, Codex, Aider, or any other tool.
Can I export my code?
Absolutely. You own 100% of the code. Download it via the file manager, clone it with git, or copy files via SSH/SCP. There is zero lock-in — take your project anywhere, anytime.
Do I need coding skills?
Not for the AI Builder — just describe what you want in plain English and the AI builds it for you. For the terminal environment, basic command line knowledge helps but isn't required. Many of our users are designers, entrepreneurs, and non-technical founders.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your site stays live — we never take it down. You just can't send new AI messages until you upgrade or buy more credits. You can still edit files manually, access the terminal, and manage your environment.
Can I use my own Claude Code API key?
Yes! You can connect your own Anthropic API key or log in with your Claude Pro/Max subscription. This way you use your own AI quota and only pay us for hosting. It's the most cost-effective setup for heavy users.
Can I use ChatGPT Codex instead?
Yes. You have full root access to your environment, so you can install and run OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT CLI, or any other AI coding tool alongside Claude Code. Many users run multiple AI tools in the same environment.
